One light was intact, the other lights interior is disconnected from the solar top. the light appears to be a return.The working light is not a white light at night. The light gives off a dim yellow light. Not as described in the add.I contacted the manufacturer. They are replacing the damaged light.Ver easy to install, price was great, strong material & looks fabulous at nightI bought two 2-pack of these lamps a little over a year ago. They're not that bright, but I bought them for the ambiance more or less. About a week ago one stopped working. I'm hoping that the remaining three don't give up on me too. I hope they last as long as the ones they replaced. So far I'm pleased with them.I really liked these post lights however, the led assembly on this production run has a (known) problem with the surface mounted LEDs losing contact with the subsurface circuitry. The vendor (Lyniceshop) has worked with me on this by contacting the manufacturer but, it seems that even though they are aware of the problem and have replaced that assembly with a newer version, replacement parts are not available. So, I made my own replacement assembly using parts obtained on Amazon. The attached picture shows all that needed and, with a bit of cutting ( 38mm circular piece with a hole cut in the middle of the breadboard) and soldering, you can make your own replacement. Turn off the light then, remove the existing led assembly (desoldering the power supply buss red and black wires and you’ll have to remove the nut holding the circuit board in place. I suggest that you use the “U” shaped wire pieces to attach/hold the LEDs in place and be mindful of polarity of the LEDs and supply power buss. Wire the LEDs in parallel (I used red for + and black for -) and connect to the light’s red and black power supply buss wires REMEMBER, the wires go through the threaded tube and nuts! Make sure you have correctly soldered all connections before turning the light’s switch back on. If done correctly, you will have a bright post light as good as new. Don’t forget…the photocell will keep the LEDs off unless its dark (you can cover the top for testing purposes). This repair is far cheaper than buying new light fixtures!the biggest thing here is paying attention to the dimensions - these are just what I needed but had to go thru several lights to get the size I wanted - ends up these seem very durable, they work in even dim sunlight, mine never get shade but they do get blocked sunlight from trees nearby and still work all night. I would buy again - wish they were about $20 less thoughReally likes the fashionable lookInstalled in June 2020. Died in the late fall of 2021. All rusted and nothing replaceable I can see. Usually I’m good at repairs. Was kinda expensive to have ford do quickly. I have other solar fixtures that have lasted 10 years. This was disappointing.These are Large size and beautiful even up close. Oh and they are made of REAL metal and GLASS! NOT plastic. Feels and looks well made. Wish the light was a bit brighter but overall not bad especially for the price! Just have to make sure it gets good sunlight, lasts all night. Bought six of these so far and I will be buying more soon. Will be adding photos later. I just have two of my six installed so far and I couldn't be happier. I am putting them on my 3" Lamp Posts and it looks great! 4 out of 5 stars only because I wish the light was a bit brighter. Overall great solar Lamp!Update: I ended up buying 10 of these Solar Lamp Lights in total to replace all my old hardwired electrical lamps. I love them. Changed my mind, 5 out of 5 stars. Customer Service is also Excellent from this seller.
