I looked very carefully at the dimensions for many, many patio furniture sets. This one is not too low to sit down, and the back support is higher than most, making it very comfortable. The table looks a little big in the photo, but it's just the photo- the proportion looks great.The assembly took time because there are so many pieces (7 for this set), but it was not difficult (3ish hours? My bf did it a little here and therr throughout the day so I'm not sure exactly).The quality looks great, but time will tell. We just set it up 3 days ago.After searching on Amazon for patio furniture, I came upon this set and ordered it. It was delivered on a Friday (way earlier than the following Wed-Fri that was estimated)It arrived as seven separate packages which seemed overwhelming at first but assembly didn’t take long at all. I actually liked that each piece had its own box because I knew exactly what pieces went to what.My husband and I were impressed with how sturdy the furniture was given that it wasn’t one of those super expensive sets that you see in stores. It’s also pretty comfortable. Is it the most comfortable furniture I’ve ever sat on? No, but I wouldn’t expect that. But I’ve been pleased while sitting out enjoying the weather with friends and family.We did use a different coffee table because we were a bit nervous with a glass top one with our young toddler (who thinks climbing on anything like that is fun!)The only con I have with this set is that I assumed (based on configuration pictures on Grand Patio products) I could make this an L-shaped sectional but there is no actual corner piece. While it *can* be done, I think it looks awkward because you have to use one of the side arm pieces which is lower than the back. Because of that, I believe we will have to order another chair of some sort to add another seated back area.Overall, we are pleased with this set and have enjoyed our evenings on our porch this summer!Just completed putting together this seven set patio furniture. Everything was packaged well and all parts were included. The furniture is very good quality for the price. The sofa and chairs are sturdy with steel framing and the cushions are thick with a nice outdoor cover. The fire table came with lava rock and works beautifully.Edit: All of the sections were well made with the exception of the one sofa end chair. One leg is about 3/4 of an inch short. We have tried adjusting all of the legs with no luck. On further inspection it appears the frame was welded a bit off so when you align the screws with the holes so the furniture will fit together the chair will not balance. I am waiting to hear back from the seller.We love the set. The cushions and comfort are amazing. It was not difficult to assemble following the instructions. It is everything promised and their customer service answered our questions promptly and thoroughly. We are so glad we purchased this set. We looked at many others and decided this was the best and we definitely feel we made the right purchase after putting it on our small apace patio.Really like the look and feel of this outdoor furniture.I have only assembled 1 chair and the fireplace, because of the cold weather still. The instructions are fine and the assembly process is also ok. i'm not sure I'll get all of it assembled in the estimated 90 minutes for two people, but I have been doing it by myself.The allen wrench part of screwing in the screws is the slowest part. My fireplace didn't come with the glass beads, so that was disappointing.i may post again when it is completely assembled and II get a chance to enjoy it.I ordered the 7 piece sectional. I really, really like this sectional. I really, really dislike the convoluted shipping process it took to get it to my house! I would call the sofa a solid 4.5 stars. The quality of the sofa and cushions is pretty good. It was easy to put together and fits perfectly on our patio. The cushions are thick and firm, but I think they’ll relax over time. I did purchase a cover for this to help protect it from the elements. I took a whole star off this review for the shipping process. Even though I got an email from Amazon the day after I ordered saying the item had shipped, the FedEx tracking didn’t reflect this status until well after the product was supposed to be delivered. Long after the item was to be delivered, the FedEx status stated the items hadn’t been received. To their credit, the seller’s customer service was prompt in responding when I reached out to find out where the product was. They said FedEx was the problem, but I am concerned shipping labels were printed without product having actually shipped so the seller could charge me for the item. Of the 7 pieces in the shipment, everything arrived after the initially promised date over a period of 3 weeks. 2 boxes one day, 4 boxes another day. Tracking on the 7th box showed FedEx never received the item, so the seller shipped a new one and it arrived as expected. I would definitely recommend this sofa, but with a note of caution to meter your expectations about how quickly you’ll get it.You get what you pay for. This is neither the cheapest outdoor sectional, nor is it fine furniture. I picked this one because the cushions actually looked reasonably comfortable for the price, and they are! The shipment also arrived several days before it was due to arrive, which was great.The craftsmanship is what you'd expect. Adequate. Assembly is straightforward once you get the hang of it, but it would have been very frustrating without a power driver and socket wrench. Some parts had to be forced to fit together.But the main reason this gets 3 stars instead of 4 is that one section of the couch was shipped without its fastener hardware, so I cannot finish assembly. I messaged the seller and got a response within a day. They are shipping a replacement pack of hardware, but it will be 7-14 days. Pretty lame.
