We absolutely love this outdoor furniture! It was time consuming to put together, but only because of of the quantity of pieces. They all went together very easily. So many combinations you can create with all the pieces. The fire pit is great. It gives off more heat than I thought it would. The seat cushions are comfortable to sit on. We had an issue with one box of cushion covers, but they were very kind and sent a replacement immediately. Awesome customer service, great furniture set and so glad we purchased!Furniture set is great. Customer service is good. I had an issue with the fire table not arriving and customer service promptly sent out a new fire table.I took several weeks to research all the various outdoor sectionals, wading through all the reviews and asking several questions to the seller. There were a few other products competing for my purchase, but this set won out. All three boxes were delivered within 7 days of my purchase date. Please be aware that the boxes don’t come all on the same day.The instructions were fairly easy to follow and the materials to assemble were nicely packaged and easy to identify. It took about 3.5 hours to carefully assemble the entire set. Everything came as expected and the quality was better than I anticipated.The set had some issues but nothing that detracted from the end result: 1) metal screws didn’t go in all the way and were partially visible along the front corner, 2) a couple of areas where the wicker was discolored, 3) the coffee table sides had to be adjusted several times so the glass would fit inside the surround, and 4) one chair bottom had the Velcro strips installed on the wrong side. However, despite the minor issues noted, I am very satisfied with the set so far.The seat and back cushions are a lot denser than I expected which I like. This seller has incorporated many great things into this set like ties for the back cushions, Velcro for the seat cushions and clips to keep the pieces together.I’d recommend this outdoor furniture set.It looks great, and works well for our space. The only negative is it's somewhat flimsy so if you're heavier or use it often (daily, for a few hours) it's going to wear out fast. We already have a dent in one of the seats from where my 260 pound husband likes to sit, and it's only been 2 months.We truly love this new patio set. It came in three boxes and took my husband about three hours to assemble. The fire pit came in a separate shipment. Everything was included to put this set together. The only negative so far is the pads could be a bit thicker, but I like that they seem to be relatively waterproof or at least water resistant. We get rain showers mostly everyday and I find if I wipe the cushions off, they dry almost immediately. I added the rug for a beautiful pop of color and we have a great space to enjoy by our pool.PerfectWind guard glasses was broken. 1 bent bracket to hold the glasses was bentWe love this item, looks great on our patio, there was one part missing when it arrived and this company responded immediately and sent the correct part, looking forward to many years
