This is a very heavy chair. It's solid and well designed. It goes together quickly, as well. Everything needed for assembly is included. The only issue is that you may need to go through and tighten the screws after a month or so of use.I unpacked this chair and assembled it over the weekend with my wife's help. It required both of us, really. One person needs to hold the last couple of components while the other inserts the screws. It took about 20 minutes. It is lightweight compared to my wooden ones, which look almost identical. The chair parts are clearly marked with letters. The instructions are pictures only and all the screws and bolts were included, as well as an Allen wrench. My wife and I went through the motions with no issues at all.The chair is a brown color, which we got to match our cedar home. It is outside now next to our wooden Adirondack chairs and they obviously need work/staining. This chair originally caught my eye due to the lack of maintenance. Since they are weather-resistant, I don't anticipate any problems. I will probably get rid of the two wooden ones and order another one of these. This chair is very easy to assemble and the advertised "15 minutes assembly" is pretty accurate to reality. I would say from the unpacking to a completed chair it too me about 20 minutes or so. It does come in seven pieces that are clearly marked and ease to put together. All holes lined up properly with no issues. Includes all the hardware and tools you need to assemble.Once assembled, this chair is very solid and comfortable. The color is pretty close to the picture, maybe a bit darker in my case but looks very nice. The only thing I don't like is the branding logo in the front... but I get it, it's advertising. It is removable and I will probably take it off at some point. Finish is good, looks like wood, and should last a long time outside I hope. Definitely recommend this chair. The Tale Adirondack Chair has the best features! It looks like wood, but it is made from a high tech plastic that is not porous like wood, is fade-resistant and durable! It came with user-friendly assembly instructions and I had it completed under 20 minutes! It weighs enough to keep it from blowing away, but is still light enough to be moved around my patio with ease! And it dries quickly after it rains, which real wood will not do! A great addition to my backyard patio! This took fifteen to twenty minutes to assemble. legs screw to the seat, then the arms screw to the lets, then the seat trim piece and then the back to the seat. What is also amazing is how convincing the wood grain patterning is, its raised and in realistic patterns. The chair is a hit, made of poly plastic materials that will last forever and substantial enough to stay in place and not make the person sititng in the chair feel uneasy. These are great for our Florida environment as the humidity and rain will not ruin this material.Get one for each member of your family, or five.I am a landscape architect and will be specifying these on plans for design appropriate landscapes. We have more than one version of these synthetic Adirondack chairs and this is a wonderful version. Completely comfortable and great looking with a decent amount of weight on the chair that keeps it in place. Not a huge fan of the TALE nameplate on the front, but it's in no way a deal-breaker and looks like some of the real wood ones with a brass plate on the front. You will receive a completely unassembled chair so have the beer cold for the assembler.I love these chairs for the style and the durability. This was easy to assemble and very sturdy, but my favorite part is that these look just like wood but have none of the splinters, painting & repainting, or fading & chipping that wood does. The color stays, they're weatherproof and just need a little wipe, hose or light pressure washing occasionally. Super comfortable, too!
