First mistake was not researching the product myself and letting my husband choose this! Second mistake, actually purchasing this!We bought 2 of these for each of the sheds on our property, as there is no electricity run to either of them. They arrived in a good time, earlier than was predicted. My husband installed them, which was relatively easy. We had difficulties right off the bat with the remotes, but they turned on manually (please note these were installed at dusk). The next morning, my husband went out to try them, and needed the lights on in the sheds for working in them. The lights would not turn on, with the remote OR manually. We have fought with them for over a week, thinking we were doing something wrong. I came online to try and find information on these lights. There is no valid manufacturer, there is no valid part number. You cannot find ANY information on these, except what the seller has listed on this Amazon page. I decided to dig further... I read the reviews...Many reviews mentioned that you have to unplug the solar panel from the light in order to get it to work. We tried this, it does not. Other reviews stated you could only turn it on manually. We tried this with and without it plugged in. It does not work. Some reviews mentioned having to darken a sensor on the back of the solar panel and on the back of the lights. We tried this, nothing.As the as mentions, there is supposedly, "24 hours after sales customer service. Quality assurance is always our original intention. If you have any questions or are dissatisfied with the product, please feel free to contact us." They do not respond to any messages. We have been waiting for a response on several messages, and nothing.And where there is a button to report that product as not what is described, the link is not a true link. There is no way to get any help or support for these lights.These lights are nothing but trash and we wasted over $60.00 on them. Don't do what we did and buy these! Spend a little more money and get something good and reputable.
