I purchased the umbrella in the "rust" color with the solar lights, received it within a few days as expected, and set it up incredibly easily. The lights popped right on when switched on, and it looked beautiful on my deck! Easy to take up and down, sturdy, thick material, keeps clean easily - and the lights are really a great touch.After only one use, something within the lights stopped working and the lights wouldn't switch on. I contacted their customer service team, received a very quick response, and answered a few very easy troubleshooting questions (in my case, I had already tried these, but some people may not have - and would have been good to know in those cases... make sure that the solar panel wire did not detach from the main lighting wire, that the solar panel had ample time to charge in direct sunlight, and (if not a brand new product) you may eventually need to replace the rechargeable battery within. I responded to the questions and received another prompt response from their customer service team thanking me for the additional information, and informing me that a brand new order (entire new umbrella w/solar panel + lights) would be coming my way. Sure enough, a few days later, I have my new umbrella, which is working great.Having a great product that looks beautiful and does what you need it to do is of course super important (and after getting the replacement, it does ALL the things!) - but to me, having stellar customer service like what I just experienced could be even more of a factor when choosing between many options. 5/5 would HIGHLY recommend!
